The Challenge Ahead

In October 2026, Madi will be running theMAMMOTH 200, approximately 214 miles through California’s Eastern Sierra, with more than 30,000 feet of climbing across alpine terrain, high desert, volcanic landscapes, and remote mountain communities.

It is the longest and most demanding challenge she has ever prepared for. But this story is bigger than a finish line. It is about months of preparation, the crew and community behind every mile, and the courage to begin something whose outcome cannot be guaranteed. Madi’s goal is to arrive prepared, meet the challenge honestly, and keep moving forward.

Beyond the Finish Line

Madi found trail running as an adult and discovered more than a sport. She found a community that helped her feel strong, supported, and capable of more than she had imagined.

That is why she aims to raise $5,000 for Girls on the Run. She wants more girls to build confidence, connection, and people who believe in them early. theMammoth is a five-day part of Madi’s story, but what girls build through Girls on the Run will stay with them far beyond the finish line.

Follow the Impact

Watch the tracker move as Madi’s community works toward the $5,000 goal for Girls on the Run Northwest Ohio. Every donation made through the official fundraising page supports programs that help girls build confidence, connection, and life skills through movement.

Each gift becomes part of something larger: a community showing girls that their strength matters, their voices belong, and their possibilities are worth believing in.

“I found confidence and belonging through running later than I wish I had. Every gift helps create opportunities for girls to discover their own strength sooner.”

Partner With Madi

Madi is inviting a select group of businesses and organizations to help carry this effort across theMammoth finish line. Partner support helps cover documented race costs, including entry, travel, gear, nutrition, and logistics, while aligning with a campaign grounded in preparation, community, and possibility.

Partners receive clearly defined benefits, including recognition on the campaign website, approved graphics, apparel representation, and planned acknowledgments throughout the journey. Every partnership includes a written scope and final fulfillment report. These are commercial marketing partnerships, not charitable donations, and no partner is promised a particular finish, time, or outcome.

Madi's Story

Madi is a trail ultramarathon runner from Northwest Ohio and a lifelong lover of wild places. She came to running as an adult after four ankle surgeries, beginning with a local trail race in 2022 and learning the sport one step, question, and community connection at a time. In October 2025, she completed the Canal Corridor 100 in 22:58:05 as the third woman. She is now preparing for theMAMMOTH 200, a 214-mile loop in California’s Eastern Sierras.

Madi is not a former collegiate or elite runner. She represents adults who begin later, women who may not yet see themselves in ultrarunning, and the crews and communities that make long efforts possible. Her work is grounded in preparation, curiosity, reciprocity, and the belief that visible beginnings can widen someone else’s sense of possibility.

Campaign Sponsors

“Preparing for theMAMMOTH 200 is not something I can do alone. Every partner helps carry the real work behind reaching the start line and reminds me what is possible when people believe in an ambitious goal and choose to show up for it. I am deeply grateful to have them on this journey with me.”
